Our credit card processing is powered by , so making a purchase could not be easier.
Browse our website, putting any items you wish to buy into your shopping trolley. When you have
completed your selection, click on "Checkout" and fill in your Delivery and Billing details.
Finally connect to HSBC's secure payment system to enter your credit card number.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling
If the parcel is small we will post it, if it is too big to post it will be sent by public carrier.
Mainland UK only :
Orders under £90 = 10%
Over £90 = £9
goods will normally be dispatched within three working days of receipt
of your order and credit card details, provided we have stocks. We will
advise you of any delay.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will ship as soon as stock becomes available.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
VAT is chargeable to all customers within the European Union at 17.5%. Customers resident outside the
EU are VAT exempt
Customers within the EU will also have the opportunity to exempt themselves from VAT on some items during 'checkout'.

All of our
products can be returned free of charge within 28 days for any reason,
but please call us first to arrange the return.
After 28 days all carriage costs must be borne by the customer and
returns that are not in a saleable condition will result in a credit of
only 60% of the cost.

TFH do not disclose any information to third parties, other than as required by HSBC our online partner, to
credit card details. Buyer's information is held for three years on our
database - we believe that most customers expect to receive our next
catalog. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the
contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
VAT exemption applies provided the goods are:
(a) Being purchased by an individual, a charity or with money voluntarily raised for use by a disabled person
(b) That the goods have been specifically designed for use by the disabled.
Such goods are identified online with the letters XV.
EU Customers claiming exemption from VAT will be taken to an
agreement page Please sign it and send it to TFH so that it is
available for inspection by the UK VAT authorities.
